Welcome to JJ Creative Studio. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. About JJ Creative Studio
JJ Creative Studio creates and sells 3D-printed, handmade, customised and creative products.
Our products may be made using 3D printing, painting, assembly and other creative processes. Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, slight variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may occur.
These variations are part of the nature of handmade and 3D-printed products and do not necessarily indicate a fault.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours and prices on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen, and handmade or 3D-printed products may have minor variations.
We will not intentionally misrepresent our products. All product information is provided in good faith and is intended to help you make an informed purchasing decision.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
An order is accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including incorrect pricing, availability, product information or delivery details.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.
4. Custom and Personalised Orders
Some products may be customised or personalised at your request.
You are responsible for checking that all information supplied to us, including names, spelling, numbers, colours, measurements and other customisation details, is correct before your order is produced.
Once production of a customised item has begun, changes may not be possible.
Customised products are generally not eligible for cancellation or change-of-mind returns once production has commenced. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act where a product is faulty, defective, damaged or does not match what was agreed.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding and provide you with the option to continue at the correct price or receive a refund.
6. Production and Delivery
Many JJ Creative Studio products are made to order. Production and delivery times may therefore vary depending on the product, order volume and availability.
Any estimated production or delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timeframe communicated to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier or postal service. If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Your rights under New Zealand consumer law are not affected by these terms.
7. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
If a product is faulty, damaged, defective, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet the guarantees required under New Zealand law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.
8. Product Use and Safety
Our products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided with the product.
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and safely.
Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children. Where a product has specific age, safety or usage considerations, these will be communicated in the product description or supplied with the product.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the JJ Creative Studio website, including our photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, written content and branding, belongs to JJ Creative Studio or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our content or designs without our written permission.
10. Customer-Provided Designs
If you provide us with an image, logo, artwork, text or other material to create a customised product, you confirm that you have permission to use that material and instruct us to use it for your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the material you provide does not infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to decline a custom order where we have concerns about copyright, trademarks, inappropriate content or other legal issues.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disrupt or interfere with the website or our business.
We may update, modify or remove website content, products or services from time to time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JJ Creative Studio will not be responsible for loss or damage arising from the misuse of a product, failure to follow supplied instructions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version published on our website will be the current version and will apply to orders placed after the updated terms take effect.
14. New Zealand Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable New Zealand law.
