Shipping policy

At JJ Creative Studio, we take care when packing and sending your order. Many of our products are made to order, so please allow time for your item to be produced before it is dispatched.
1. New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship orders throughout New Zealand.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery option and destination available for your order.
Where applicable, local pickup may also be available. Pickup details will be provided after your order has been confirmed.
2. Processing & Production Times
Many of our products are made to order, particularly customised and personalised items.
Our estimated production timeframe will be shown on the product listing or communicated to you when you place your order.
Production time is separate from the courier delivery time.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete and dispatch your order within the estimated timeframe. During busy periods, product launches, sales or holiday periods, production may take longer than usual.
If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you.
3. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed to the relevant courier or postal service.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Rural deliveries may take longer than standard urban deliveries.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless this has been specifically agreed with you in advance.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual amount of time, please contact us at hello@jjcreativestudio.co.nz and we will do our best to assist.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Please check that your name, address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
If an order has not yet been dispatched and you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it.
If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional postage costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may apply where permitted by law.
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
We take care to package your order securely before it leaves us.
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@jjcreativestudio.co.nz.
If we arranged the delivery, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs of the packaging and product before disposing of any packaging materials. This can help us investigate the issue with the courier.
7. Delivery to Safe Locations
If you provide authority for your parcel to be left in a particular location or use a courier’s authority-to-leave service, please understand that the parcel may be left without a signature.
However, this does not affect any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law where a product has not been delivered as required.
8. International Shipping
At this stage, JJ Creative Studio ships within New Zealand only unless we have specifically agreed to an international order with you.
If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping costs, customs charges, duties or taxes may apply.
9. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable law.
Where JJ Creative Studio arranges delivery, products are required to arrive within the agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within a reasonable time and in acceptable condition.
